Everything was perfectly fine, I truly enjoyed my stay. The double room was good, had central heating, an iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea makers. The beds and pillow were comfortable. Booked the hotel for its nice rural location close to the airport which the owners were very understanding about and quiet peaceful garden and surrounds. Popped in Pane e dolci sapori for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue...

i had a wonderful stay at newlands bed and breakfast. the hosts were incredibly warm and engaging. the room i stayed in was cozy and had the added bonus of a private bathroom. the kitchen had everything needed for meal prep, a pleasant surprise. the atmosphere was peaceful, and the other guests were respectful. overall, the hosts are truly good people.

Liked how the large and gorgeous a double room with a beautiful view was arranged when we arrived. Outstandingly accommodating staff, gave a lot of information. The location was nice rural, right by the garden and Christchurch and airport.

The first thing I want to highlight is the efficient and user-friendly database. the database provided detailed information about the various amenities and services offered by the B&B, allowing me to make an informed decision. the room I stayed in had a stunning view of the surrounding landscape, which added an extra touch of beauty to my stay.

While my overall experience at Newlands was exceptional, there was one minor drawback that I feel compelled to mention. It would have been advantageous to have a separate fridge designated for guests' use.
